Dear Mr. Niculae,
During the live grading of my assignment, my TA and I noticed that I had
accidentally submitted the wrong PDF file. I want to clarify that I did
not work on the file after March 2nd. This was the version that should
have been submitted.
This is also the assignment for which I chose to work until the
"extended" deadline of March 3rd, which is allowed once.
I spent a lot of time on the dictionary assignment and created 9 graphs
in total. So, I would like to ask if it would be possible for my TA to
review the correct version instead of the wrong one.
I have attached:
* The correct PDF file
* A screenshot as proof that no changes were made after the deadline
Could you please let me know if I should resubmit it via CodeGrade, or
if sending it via email is sufficient? I apologize for any inconvenience
this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Best regards,
Liza Borman

Subject: Unfortunate mistake with Codegrade (DSA)
Dear Professor Dr. Niculae,
I hope this email finds you well. My name is Sarmad Shakarzadeh, and I am enrolled in your DSA course.
During the codegrade of my second assignment my TA informed me that I had submitted the default files of dictionary_demo.py and dictionary.py without any of my own code. This came as a total surprise to me because I made both assignments.
After reviewing my files and looking at what went wrong, I came to the conclusion that I copied the wrong set of files into codegrade. Instead of the finished ones in my DSA folder, I copied the ones that were still in my downloads. I had two different copies due to an issue I got with the file path in dictionary_demo.py. Unfortunately, I did not notice that the submitted files were empty, as I was in a hurry to catch a train at the time of submission.
I can provide proof that the last changes to both files were made before the deadline. Given these circumstances, I was wondering if it would be possible to still have my assignment graded, either online or in person.
Thank you for your time and consideration, I sincerely appreciate your understanding.
Best regards,
Sarmad Shakarzadeh
