[ds2024-ki] thoughts about Efe Aras

Of course the decision is yours, but allow me to share my two cents on the Efe Aras situation (see Thien An's [great initials: TA] previous mail): In my opinion, these kinds of situations are exactly what the 3-day extension is for, but this should really stay an incidental exception. I don't see the need for allowing him an additional extension. Unless the study advisor explicitly tells us there would be legitimate reasons to do so.
