On Wednesday March 4, I co-organize with my ASCoR colleagues Alex Nai and Lukas Otto a Super-Tuesday breakfast. We have invited Amanda Friesen (Associate Professor Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis), Maarten Kolsloot (journalist) and Bertine Moenaff (spokesperson) to reflect with on the outcomes of the Super-Tuesday primary. This is part of our classes Political Marketing and Psychology of Political Communication. But I want to stress that you are most welcome to join. The meeting is Wednesday from 9.00 - 10.45 in REC C10.20 and there is rumour that there will be donuts.

Hi everyone,

This Friday we will have two presentations. First of all, I will present some of my pre-analysis plan of the study "Facing Emotional Politicians: Examining voters' response to politicians' emotional displays". Second, Mickey Steijaert (PhD candidate, VU) will give a presentation about: "Political News Sharing Appraisals".

We will meet as usual in the Common Room on the ninth floor (B9.22), from 15:00 till 16:30.
