Dear UPs, It is with regret that we are emailing you to say we have to cancel the away day. All of us spent precious time effort and enthusiasm into organizing this. The programme looked great. But sometimes we have to take life as it comes and accept that some things are beyond our control. Please note: Amy is ill and I don’t have the full participant list. May I please ask you to forward this message to anyone who you know was attending but is not included in this email? We shall try to organize another away day. But given how chaotic it is expected to get with the exams and teaching rescheduled, this will in all likelihood be in the next academic year.
