Dear colleagues, Carlos Moreno, the professor behind the '15 Minute City' urban planning concept, is struggling with conspiracy theories, online harassments and death threats<https://www.nytimes.com/2023/03/28/technology/carlos-moreno-15-minute-citie…>. We also see this Although we acknowledge that any transition goes hand in hand with tension and fierce debates, we want to draw a clear red line. For that reason, we created an online petition. By signing this petition, you (1) voice your support for professor Carlos Moreno, (2) condemn anybody who threatens or attacks him or any other academic, and (3) express your support for a democratic, respectful debate around the 15-minute city concept.
